Are lp Tankless Water Heaters any good?

I would like to know if they really work like advertised or if you will run out of hot water. Also, are they reliable?

Answers:

1I had a caldaia in Italy - a tankless water heater that also ran the radiators. As long as it was properly maintained and the weather wasn't too cold, it worked well. You had endless hot water, but if you ran too many items in the house at once (washer, shower, bath), then it didn't heat as effectively.
